Description:Ìý This competency-based course is designed to provide citizenship preparation instruction to prepare Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs) for the civics and English (reading, writing, and speaking) components of the naturalization test. This course will include both U.S. history and government (civics) instruction and civics–focused English for participants who are in need of education and assistance in completing the citizenship process. This course is recommended for students wishing to achieve their US citizenship who need to improve their reading, writing and speaking skills. This course will cover the four major reading areas (civics, reading, writing, and conversation) covered on the citizenship interview.ÌýÌý
